1. terms and conditions – general
1.1 All bookings made with DanespFIB, whether by telephone, post, email or online, are subject to, and the client accepts, DanespFIB’s terms and conditions. You should read through these terms carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement.
1.2 All data and personal information provided by the customer to DanespFIB will be stored, managed and processed in accordance with our DanespFIB’s and the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.
1.3 Where two or more people are included on the same booking, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to do so on the basis that he/she acts as an agent (Group Leader) for all members of the party and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.
1.4 It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that they obtain suitable and sufficient travel insurance to cover the duration of their trip.
1.5 It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to ensure that all the information on their DanespFIB itinerary is correct. DanespFIB accepts no responsibility for misinformation given by a customer which results in any delay, missed flights, forfeited accommodation or any failure to complete all or parts of a passenger’s onward journey.

1.7 DanespFIB’s Terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law in all respects.
2.1 Full payment is required for all bus transfers at the time of booking. DanespFIB will provide written confirmation of the details regarding the booking by email, but the booking will be treated as unconfirmed until the Group Leader has provided all the required information pertaining to their booking.
2.2 Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to print off your itinerary, which will also serve as your ticket. This must be presented to the DanespFIB driver or DanespFIB representative for both the outward and return trip, if applicable.
2.3 All payments made in respect of transport services are strictly non-refundable except in circumstances where DanespFIB, due to causes beyond its control, cancels or, at its absolute discretion, agrees to cancel the booking. DanespFIB accepts no responsibility for passengers’ alternative travel arrangements.
2.4 DanespFIB does not operate its own fleet of vehicles, but acts as an agent for the transport operator concerned whose own conditions of carriage will apply.
2.5 DanespFIB provides bus and coach transport between stated destinations and festivals only. All other travel and ticketing arrangements, including the purchasing of flight tickets and any necessary visas, remain the sole responsibility of the passenger. In the event of any passenger travelling without the necessary documentation, DanespFIB reserves the right to refuse to honour that passenger’s booking. No refunds shall be available.
2.6 No refunds will be made if flight delays or cancellations – or you missing your flight – cause you to miss your transfer. In the case of a delayed flight, drivers will wait as long as possible, with due consideration being given to the needs of delayed passengers as well as those already on board. If an additional transfer is required to get to your destination, this will be treated as a new and separate booking.
2.7 For private transfers, the destination and pick-up addresses detailed on your itinerary are the address to which you will be delivered and picked up. Should you wish to change these or any other details, this must be done in writing by either email or letter directly with DanespFIB, no later than seven days prior to the date of travel.
2.8 Customers are limited to two items of luggage (one bag or rucksack and one small hand luggage bag), plus one tent.
2.9 DanespFIB reserves the right (and delegates to its bus providers and drivers the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).
2.10 Whilst every care is always taken, customers’ property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.
2.11 Danesp will use every reasonable means to ensure that vehicles depart at the stated time and reach their destination on time. Danesp will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control, which include (but are not limited to) the following:
accidents causing delays to the vehicle
exceptional or severe weather conditions
compliance with requests of the police
deaths and accidents on the road
vandalism and terrorism
unforeseen traffic or border delays
industrial action by third parties
problems caused by other customers
the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official
other circumstances affecting passenger safety
2.12 Danesp accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury to your person or your property, however caused.
